Robinielunden Rowhouses

This project in Robinielunden, Albertslund involves 48 family homes of 89 - 115 m² with private roof terraces. Gathered around common green recreational spaces the houses offer multiple shared garden opportunities for the residents.

The project is a part of Almenbolig+, an affordable housing concept. Based on a ‘standardized variation’, it is an efficient prefabricated system designed to be economical and production-friendly while allowing great flexibility in design possibilities.
