We are prequalified to transform a beautiful area in Frederikstad

We and our dear friends from Dyrvik and Bogl have been prequalified to work on the amazing site “Torp Bruk” in Frederikstad, Norway. The goal is to transform the area into a vibrant neighborhood with housing and mixed use buildings.

With its idyllic location on the banks of the Glomma river, this will be an attractive destination for the surrounding area and visitors. Torp Bruk is located about halfway between Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad and the client’s ambition is for the development area to become its own destination – A new and modern district with a vibrant and urban feel that can attract home buyers from a larger geographical area.

We have already visited the site and can’t wait to start working on this amazing place with such a strong potential.
