Between the city and the villas

The project site is perfectly situated to shield itself from the noise in the north and east while creating an opening to the south and west. This provides optimal conditions for sheltered patios, a garden facing the neighbours, along with good sun conditions in both private and shared outdoor areas.

Activity Landscape

Surrounded by the forest and lake, the outside areas are used for teaching as well as a playground. The green landscape offers various ways for the children to play and learn in and creates a good relationship with nature.

Villa Typologies

Aiming to mediate between the urban structure and the villa typologies, the project offers a series of point houses stepping down to inscribe themselves in the porous structure of the villa typology. It is connected by a landscape that covers a half-submerged parking space.

An attractive garden

The concept creates a garden providing different social programs for the residents. Located above street-level, the garden allows optimal daylight conditions and privacy.
