Nordre fælled Housing

The 3-4 floors buildings in the Nordre Fælledkvarter contains 60 low-energy homes of 86-130 m². Each home has either private front- and backyard or a roof terrace.

The project is a part of Almenbolig+, an affordable housing concept. Based on a ‘standardized variation’, it is an efficient prefabricated system designed to be economical and production-friendly while allowing great flexibility in design possibilities.
