Located in between Stortorget and the station, we propose a building volume that redefines the town plaza by combining private housing with a public market hall that generates urban activity throughout the area.

HOUSING
The affordable housing is located on top of the market hall. All apartments have abundant daylight, terraces on one side, and an upgraded circulation space, which also functions as common spaces meant to encourage and strengthening community interaction.
