THE CONCEPT
Composed of individual huts clad with a reflective façade, the Watchman’s Hut can be organized on a site to accentuate specific visual relationships and highlight certain views.

NATURE vs CULTURE
When one looks at the huts, one sees the surrounding nature. When one looks at the natural landscape, one discovers the huts. Despite being opposing entities, the Watchman’s Hut creates an interdependence between its architecture and its surrounding natural landscape.
