Wooden Houses Jyllinge

The 35 wooden houses – also known as 'Tømmergården' – in Jyllinge range between 95-130 m². Nicely located in the small town north of Roskilde, the houses are placed next to great fields and green nature.

The project is a part of Almenbolig+, an affordable housing concept. Based on a ‘standardized variation’, it is an efficient prefabricated system designed to be economical and production-friendly while allowing great flexibility in design possibilities.
